The invention discloses a stator punching sheet, a stator and a plastic packaging motor. The stator punching sheet comprises a stator yoke portion and 24 stator teeth. The 24 stator teeth extend inwardly from the stator yoke portion and along the radial direction of the stator yoke portion, and are arranged on the circumference of the stator yoke portion at intervals. A stator slot is formed between two adjacent stator teeth. The 24 stator slots comprise eight first single coil slots, eight second single coil slots and eight twin coil slots. By employing the station punching sheet provided by the embodiment of the invention, the weight of a winding end portion can be reduced, the cost and harmonic wave content of the motor can be reduced, the performance of the motor can be improved, cables can be automatically wound, and the production efficiency is improved.
