Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an electrode based on a poly (styrene-co-acrylic acid) as well as a preparation method and application of the electrode, belonging to the technical field of macromolecule-based intelligent switching regulating and controlling bioelectrocatalysis. An electrochemical switch takes a phosphate buffered solution containing a negative charge probe as an electrolyte and at least comprises an electrode system which uses an electrode modified by a poly (styrene-co-acrylic acid) membrane as a working electrode. Cyclic voltammetry proves that the electrode modified by the poly (styrene-co-acrylic acid) membrane has pH sensitive switching performance on the negative charge probe; after glucose oxidase is immobilized on the electrode modified by poly (styrene-co-acrylic acid) membrane, the process of electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose by adopting glucose oxidase and by adopting the negative charge probe as an oxidation reduction mediator is regulated. |
