Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a test device and a test method of asphalt concrete pressure water stability. The test device includes: a pot cover sealedly and fixedly connected to the mouth of a pressure pot; an electric-heater and a separation grid plate are arranged at the bottom of the pressure pot; a temperature controller is installed on the pressure pot; a water inlet valve, a gas exhaust valve and a pressure meter are installed on the pot cover; and a water discharge outlet provided with a valve is arranged on the bottom of the pressure pot. The test method includes the steps of: (1) processing six samples; (2) placing three samples in the pressure pot while the other three samples are disposed under an indoor normal-temperature environment; (3) increasing the pressure and the temperature of water to specified values, decompressing the system and discharging water until a specific time, taking out the samples, and installing the treated samples and the other samples together on a testing machine for carrying out a load test. The test device and the test method are used for testing and researching the water stability of an asphalt concrete anti-seepage body under a certain water pressure and a constant-temperature environment. The test device is reasonable in structure, is reliable in performance, is convenient to operate, can achieve the change of mechanical performances of the asphalt concrete under a test environment and a normal environment, and is accurate in test data. |
