The rotary kiln comprises a plurality of kiln pipes, a kiln cylinder, a feeding bin, a discharging bin, a product collecting passage, a product collecting chamber, a driving device, a plurality of heating devices and a plurality of smoke collecting pipes, wherein the kiln pipes are sequentially connected in a head to tail way, the inner diameters of the kiln pipes are gradually increased, the kiln pipes are arranged in an inclining way, and a material inlet of the first kiln pipe is higher than a material outlet of the final kiln pipe in the vertical direction; the kiln cylinder coaxially sleeves the exterior of each kiln pipe, and an annular gap is formed between the kiln cylinder and each kiln pipe; the material inlet of the first kiln pipe is connected with the feeding bin, the material outlet of the final kiln pipe is connected with the discharging bin, and the discharging bin is communicated with the product collecting chamber through the product collecting passage; the driving device is used for driving the kiln pipes to rotate, relative to the kiln cylinder, around the axis; the heating devices correspond to the kiln pipes one by one , and are used for respectively and independently heating each kiln pipe; each smoke collecting pipe is arranged on each material inlet of the corresponding kiln pipe, and an outlet of each smoke collecting pipe is respectively communicated with a combustion chamber of an incineration furnace.
