Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a boat-hanging device hydraulic synchronous control system which comprises two derricking cylinders and a duplex hydraulic pump. The two derricking cylinders are connected with same derricking cylinder hydraulic loops respectively. Each derricking cylinder hydraulic loop comprises a one-way valve, a system overflow valve, a manual reversing valve, two stroke terminal point compensation valves and a balance valve. Movement valve core end heads of the two manual reversing valves are fixedly connected with the two ends of a connection rod respectively; the lower end of an operation handle is fixedly arranged on the middle point of the connection rod; two output ports of the manual reversing valve are connected with two stroke terminal point compensation valve input ports respectively; and oil channels of two stroke terminal point compensation valve output ports are combined into one oil channel which is returned to an oil tank through a return oil filter. The system is simple in structure, high in reliability and low in manufacturing cost; piston rods of the derricking cylinders always keep synchronous in the moving process, and have nothing to do with load born by the derricking cylinders; and cumulated synchronization errors of the two derricking cylinders can be eliminated to enable the two derricking cylinders to obtain a good synchronization effect.
