Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method for degradable polylactic acid-glycolic acid/polycaprolactone/I-type collagen electrospun fiber membrane material. The preparation steps comprise that 1) polylactic acid-glycolic acid and polycaprolactone are cut into pieces to be added to a solvent to form a uniform solution, an I-type collagen solution is added, and the solution is fully mixed through stirring so that a spinning solution is obtained; and 2) the electrospun fiber membrane material is prepared by the spinning solution through a directional electrospinning method. The electrospun fiber membrane material is great in fiber direction uniformity, great in mechanical strength and adjustable and controllable in fiber diameter and has biological activity, and the prepared material is short in degradation period. The preparation method is easy to operate and low in cost.
