Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a tool for densification of a C/C crucible through internal-heat type chemical vapor infiltration. The tool comprises a graphite supporting seat, a graphite heat-generating body, a graphite antifouling pipe, a graphite heat-insulating cylinder, a graphite top cover and a graphite supporting cylinder located in the graphite heat-insulating cylinder, wherein the graphite supporting seat is arranged above a furnace bottom of a vacuum resistance charcoal deposition furnace, the graphite heat-generating body passes through the central section of the graphite supporting seat and is installed at the central position of the furnace bottom, the graphite antifouling pipe sleeves the graphite heat-generating body, the graphite heat-insulating cylinder and the graphite supporting cylinder are arranged on the graphite supporting seat, the graphite top cover is arranged above the graphite heat-insulating cylinder and sleeves the graphite antifouling pipe, and a reaction chamber used for densification of a C/C crucible preform through internal-heat type chemical vapor infiltration is arranged in the graphite heat-insulating cylinder. Furthermore, the invention discloses a method adopting the tool for densification of C/C crucible through internal-heat type chemical vapor infiltration. The tool provided by the invention has simple structure and reasonable design. The C/C crucible densified by using the tool and method has good uniformity and density up to 1.5 g/cm . |
