Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for environment-friendlily and efficiently utilizing sulfur-containing manganese carbonate ores, and relates to the field of metal manganese electrolysis. The invention solves the problems that in the wet process, when sulfur-containing manganese carbonate ores are soaked in acid, a great amount of hydrogen sulfide gas and other sulfides is generated, and human body and environment are harmed by the hydrogen sulfide gas and sulfides. The method comprises the following steps: step one, preparing sulfur-containing manganese carbonate ore powder, manganese dioxide ore powder, and an anode liquid; step two, mixing part of anode liquid and manganese dioxide ore powder, and then adding concentrated sulfuric acid; step three, continuously adding sulfur-containing manganese carbonate ore powder under stirring; step four, performing leaching reaction, adding the rest anode liquid, and keeping on performing a conventional leaching method. The provided method can completely consume and utilize the sulfur in sulfur-containing manganese carbonate ores, turns the wastes into valuable resources, is green and environment-friendly, does not generate hydrogen sulfide gas during the production process, is suitable for being applied to massive production in a factory, and can generate great economic and environmental benefits. |
