Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for processing zinc wet smelting slag by use of a warm slag side blowing reducing furnace, and belongs to the technical field of thermometallurgy. The method includes the following steps: 1) 70-90 t of hot lead-rich slag are added into a reducing furnace, 1-3 t of wet zinc slag, 1.5-2.5 t of limestone, 3-4 t of iron calcine, 2-3 t of coke block, and 0.8-1.6 t of fracture of coal are added per hour; 2) in the process of adding of the lead-rich slag, syphonic mouth lead liquid height rises to flowing lead liquid height, and then lead is discharged for ingot casting work; 3) 2-7 t of zinc calcine, 2.2-3.5 t of limestone, 3-6 t of iron calcine, 2-3.5 t of coke block, and 2.5-4 t of fracture of coal are added per each furnace, the coal gas flow rate is controlled at 3200-3600 Nm3 / h, oxygen flow rate is controlled at 950-1200 Nm3 / h, the molten pool temperature is at 1100-1300 DEG C, the in-furnace negative pressure is-20 to-40 pa; 4) after the addition of the lead rich slag is completed, the fracture of coal is continuously added in 1-2 h at 1000-1250 DEG C, lead content in the molten slag is judged to be 2.2% or less, after 0.5 h of temperature rising, slag discharge operation is performed; and 5) in the process of smelting, after waste heat recovery and dust collecting of flue gas, the flue gas is sent to a desulfurization system.
