Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a plant promoter specifically responding to phytophthora infection, and applications thereof. The promoter is characterized in that the promoter can specifically drive or regulate the spatial and temporal specific expression of a downstream target gene when the downstream target gene is infected by phytophthora, and the nucleotide sequence from 5' to 3' is shown in SEQ ID No.1. The application of the promoter comprises the following steps: (1) fusing the promoter with related phytophthora genes and/or plant genes to form a heredity construct; (2) transferring the obtained heredity construct into a plant cell to integrate the heredity construct into the plant genome to drive the spatial and temporal specific expression of downstream disease-resistant genes of the promoter so as to strengthen the performance of plants on phytophthora. The promoter comprises verified obtained HAT4 promoter sub-sequence that specifically responds to phytophthora infection, and by fusing the HAT4 promoter sequence and GUS reporter gene, the expression characteristics of HAT4 promoter specific responding to phytophthora infection are identified through the plant stable expression and instant expression. |
