Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a compound represented by a structural general formula (I), wherein R1 is independently selected from hydrogen, methyl, nitro, and halogen. According to the present invention, phenyl isocyanate, ethyl benzoylacetate or an analogue thereof, and hydrazine hydrate are adopted as raw materials and a reaction is performed by adopting toluene as a solvent to obtain the compound, the synthesis method has characteristics of high operation safety and mild reaction condition, and is suitable for industrial production, and preliminary biological activity test results show that the compound has good antitumor activity and can be used for antitumor lead compound research.
