Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a manufacturing method for non-fumigated salt-glazing ceramics, wherein the fumigation of gaseous saline steam is converted into the ion permeability of liquid saline solution. The method comprises the steps of 1) slurry mixing, wherein the alkali metal salt is added into the glaze, evenly stirred and fully dissolved; 2) glazing, drying and sintering the mixture to obtain the non-fumigated salt-glazing ceramics. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the salt-glazing ceramics can be produced through the conventional production process of common ceramics, and no steam of the alkali metal salt is generated during the production process of the salt-glazing ceramics. Therefore, the pollution to the environment is avoided, and the sintering temperature is lowered. The process is more energy-saving. Meanwhile, the properties of salt-glazing ceramic products are kept, and the vitreous layers of green bodies are thicker. The crazing and the leakage are avoided.
