The invention provides a revolved support assembly and an engineering machine therewith, wherein the revolved support assembly includes a revolved support member (2) which includes an outer ring (201) and an inner ring (202) being rotatable relative to each other. The revolved support assembly also includes a fixedly arranged mounting sleeve (3), of which the circumferential side wall is provided with a plurality of matching holes. The outer ring (201) or the inner ring (202) of the revolved support member (2) is provided with a plurality of mounting holes (203) of which the position are corresponding to the matching holes. A positioning mechanism is arranged between the outer ring (201) or the inner ring (202) and the mounting sleeve (3). A fastening assembly passes through the matching holes and the mounting holes (203) for fixing the revolved support member (2) onto the mounting sleeve (3). According to the technical scheme, a problem that alignment of holes during installation of the revolved support member in the prior art is difficult can be effectively solved.
