The invention discloses a waste film collecting device of a box type packer. The waste film collecting device is characterized in that a bearing is arranged at the top end of a material receiving support rod, wherein a material receiving roller is mounted on the bearing; and a hole flange is mounted at the left end of the material receiving roller, and is provided with a material receiving stop rod. Through the settings, the waste film collecting device enables leftover materials of stretch films generated in the production process of the box type packer to be recovered in a concentration manner so as to effectively stop the phenomenon of drawing the leftover materials of the stretch films in chains again. The waste film collecting device can collect the leftover materials of the stretch films through automatically adjusting the lengths, and is simple in structure, easy in operation and convenient to be maintained.
