Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a clamp for machining a hexahedron out of a round bar material and a method for machining the hexahedron, belongs to the technical field of machining and mainly solves the problems that in the prior art, when a hexahedron is machined out of a round bar material through machining, the efficiency is low, and iron filings spatter to cause potential safety hazards. The clamp comprises a base plate, side locating plates, an adjustable locating plate, a pressing plate and an auxiliary support pillar; the clamp is characterized in that the side locating plates are arranged at the positions, close to two parallel edges, of the base plate, and a saw groove perpendicular to the side locating plates is formed in the position, close to the side edge, of the base plate; a pressing plate fastening bolt is fixedly connected to the base plate in the vertical direction, and the upper end of the pressing plate fastening bolt passes through a pressing plate slot hole and is pressed tightly through a pressing plate fastening nut; the auxiliary support pillar is parallel to the pressing plate fastening nut; the method for machining the hexahedron out of the round bar material comprises the steps of cutting the round bar material into segments, conducting the clamping and machining surfaces, the round bar material is clamped tightly through the hexahedron machining clamp, the surface machining is conducted through a sawing machine, and finally the hexahedron is obtained. The sawing machine conducts sawing and cutting, the efficiency is high, and the potential safety hazards caused by spatter of the iron filings in former machining methods are avoided. |
