Pendulum angle processing device and method

The invention provides a pendulum angle processing device and method. The device comprises a lower panel, a rotation shaft, rotation shaft sleeves, locking pieces, a positioning rod and an upper panel provided with an electric permanent magnet. One end of the upper panel is movably connected with one end of the lower panel through the rotation shaft and the rotation shaft sleeves; the rotation shaft sleeves are arranged at the two ends of the rotation shaft respectively; one end of each locking piece is fixedly connected with the end, connected with the rotation shaft and the rotation shaft sleeves, of the lower panel through a positioning bolt; the other ends of the locking pieces are respectively provided with a positioning groove; the end, provided with the positioning groove, of the locking piece is fixedly connected with the end, not connected with the rotation shaft and the rotation shaft sleeve, of the upper panel through a positioning bolt; one end, away from the upper panel connected with the rotation shaft or the rotation shaft sleeve, of the upper panel is provided with a railway; and the positioning rod is arranged on the railway. According to the pendulum angle processing device and method, the problems of difficult clamping, high processing cost, low processing efficiency and poor processing quality of a pendulum angle workpiece can be solved.
