Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for repairing defects in a production process of a large-area large-thickness TU2 copper/steel explosion composite material. The method comprises the steps of groove designing and machining, transition layer bead weld, integral heating, gradient heat preservation, coating bead weld and ultrasonic treatment. The method has the advantages that through the integral heating technology, the gradient heat preservation, and the ultrasonic impact treatment, the repairing difficulty of large-plate-width large-thickness coating copper steel composite plates is solved; and the technology and the operation flow are simple, and the method has higher economic practicality. |
