Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for increasing the drought-resistance capacity of a plant. The method comprises the following steps of carrying out inoculation and propagation expanding on a propagation expanding medium by utilizing red clover after respectively carrying out propagation expanding on white rot fungi, germs, glomus monosporum, glomus mosseae and acaulospora laevis and mixing the white rot fungi, the germs, the glomus monosporum, the glomus mosseae and the acaulospora laevis according to a ratio being 0.5:0.5:2:1:1, calculating the inoculum size to be 4%-6% of the propagation expanding medium in weight ratio, and finally obtaining a mycorrhiza fungi inoculant; adding 17g-21g of the mycorrhiza fungi inoculant which is already subjected to the propagation expanding in a culture medium according to the weight ratio being 4:1, seeding two plant seeds in each hole, and carrying out transplanting cultivation after the plant seeds are transplanted into a rooting culture medium for being continuously cultivated when the mycorrhizal infection rate of root systems is greater than 30%. According to the method disclosed by the invention, by adopting an AM fungal inoculum in host dependence, the drought resistance of the plant is increased, and the drought-resistance capacity of the plant is further increased in aspects of seed treatment, late cultivation and the like.
