Zusammenfassung:	A cooling and heating air conditioner blows cold air generated by a cooling device (6) and warm air generated by a heating device (5) into a vehicle interior by respectively controlling the amount of air to be blown. A cooling and heating air conditioning control unit (3) can set a cooling mode for blowing cold air generated by the cooling device (6), a heating mode for blowing warm air generated by the heating device (5), and an auto mode for automatically setting the cooling mode or heating mode on the basis of at least the temperature in the vehicle interior, and controls a cooling and heating air conditioning unit (4) in the mode set. An air conditioner setting unit (13) sets the cooling and heating air conditioning control unit (3) to a cooling mode. A heater setting unit (12) sets the cooling and heating air conditioning control unit (3) to a heating mode. An auto setting unit (11) sets the cooling and heating air conditioning control unit (3) to an auto mode. An air conditioner display unit (23) displays a working state of the cooling device (6). A heater display unit (22) displays a working state of the heating device (5).
