Method and system for extranet equipment to access home gateway

The invention relates to the technical field of computer network in the technical field of Internet of things, and specifically relates to a method and a system for extranet equipment to access a home gateway. By adopting the method and the system, extranet equipment can actively and directly access a home intranet gateway having a non-fixed public IP address. The method and the system can be extended for direct network communication between families in an external local area network to which an intelligent community belongs. The method for extranet equipment to access a home gateway is characterized by comprising the following four steps: (1) a public network storage space is established; (2) an intranet gateway uploads an extranet IP address thereof to the public network storage space; (3) extranet equipment acquires the extranet IP address from the public network storage space; and (4) the extranet equipment accesses the intranet gateway through the extranet IP address. The corresponding system comprises an intranet gateway connecting an intranet and an extranet, a public network storage space, and a piece of extranet equipment.
