Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a power communication network emergency repairing whole-course control system based on mobile platform application, which comprises the components of an early-warning module that is arranged at power communication equipment, a centralized data processing module which is arranged at the scheduling end of the power communication network, a power communication network scheduling module, a first information pushing module, and an emergency handling processing module which is arranged at a field operation position. The power communication network emergency repairing whole-course control system based on mobile platform application has functions of greatly facilitating real-time maintenance for the scheduling end and the field maintenance end in the power communication network; effectively realizing in-time handling for equipment-end emergency accidents through cooperation of the scheduling end, the field maintenance end and the equipment end; furthermore improving an emergency handling mechanism for equipment in the power communication network; and ensuring normal operation of the power communication equipment in the power communication network.
