Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a poly-4-aminophenol film modified electrode and preparation and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of conductive high polymers. A phosphate buffer solution containing a negative charge probe serves as electrolyte, and the poly-4-aminophenol film modified electrode at least comprises an electrode system which takes an electrode modified with a poly-4-aminophenol film as a working electrode. The electrode modified with the poly-4-aminophenol film has a pH-sensitive switching effect on the negative charge probe and can serve as a bioelectrochemical anode intelligent switch. After glucose oxidase is immobilized on the working electrode modified with the poly-4-aminophenol film, the electrode is used for regulating the process of electro-catalytic oxidation of glucose by using the glucose oxidase by taking the negative charge probe as a redox medium. After horseradish peroxidase is immobilized on the working electrode modified with the poly-4-aminophenol film, the electrode can be used for regulating the process of electro-catalytic reduction of hydrogen peroxide by using the horseradish peroxidase by taking the negative charge probe as a redox medium. |
