Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a metal surface protective layer corrosion test method, in which a typical natural environment exposure corrosion test is carried out on a typical metal surface protective layer. An acidic corrosion solution is employed for soaking an zinc/aluminum alloy protective coating sample at a certain temperature with combination of an naturally air-drying method, so that the corrosion test is effectively accelerated, thereby achieving quick and convenient test on the zinc/aluminum alloy high-corrosion-resistant protective coating. In the invention, by means of a corrosion solution in special proportion and the pH value, the test temperature and the test period of the test system, the test result, when being compared with results from a natural environment exposure corrosion test, a laboratory accelerated test (GB/T 10125-1997, corrosion test-salt fog test under artificial atmosphere), an ammonium nitrate test method and a salt fog circulating corrosion test, is higher in corrosion progress and appearance similarity, and is accurate in test result but shorter in test time. The test method is a reliable, effective and quick manner of timely monitoring the quality of metal coating in production. |
