Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a pre-stress floor reinforcement method. The pre-stress floor reinforcement method is characterized by comprising the construction steps that (1) preformed holes are drilled in concrete floors; (2) steering devices are embedded into the concrete floors; (3) high-strength plastic sleeves are embedded into the preformed holes; (4) box iron is embedded into the parts, below the tops of concrete beams by 150-180 mm, of the upper part of a wall; (5) fine aggregate concrete is poured on the concrete floors; (6) when the strength of the fine aggregate concrete reaches 25%, a jack begins loading to carry out pre-stress tensioning, both-end tensioning is adopted, and the tensioning stress is loaded in four grades, namely 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of control stress; (7) an anchoring device is used for anchoring after tensioning is completed; (8) epoxy resin is adopted for closing the preformed holes and the gaps of the high-strength plastic sleeves; (9) the box iron embedded into the concrete beams is disassembled, and hole grooves are closed by expansive concrete. |
