The invention provides a bis-triazole acid inhibiting drug, and a preparation method and application thereof. The bis-triazole acid inhibiting drug has a structural formula as described in the specification. The preparation method comprises the following concrete steps: with a basic chemical raw material--cyclohexanedione derivative as a raw material, subjecting the cyclohexanedione derivative and arylacetylene to cyclization under the oxidation of ceric ammonium nitrate so as to obtain a ketone intermediate 1; then reducing the ketone intermediate 1 with sodium borohydride so as to obtain an alcohol intermediate 2; subjecting the alcohol intermediate 2 to nucleophilic substitution by trimethylchlorosilane and sodium azide so as to obtain an azide intermediate 3; and finally, subjecting the azide intermediate 3, propargyl bromide and primary amine to click cyclization under the catalysis of cuprous iodide so as to obtain the bis-triazole acid inhibiting drug. The bis-triazole acid inhibiting drug prepared in the invention is applied to development of an antiulcer drug; and experimental results prove that the antiulcer drug has good effect and is suitable for batch production.
