Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a material bin discharging device. Strip raised parts are at least arranged on the surface of the material bin bottom at intervals; each of material guiding grooves formed between every two adjacent raised parts is internally provided with a spirally-rotating material guiding mechanism; the material guiding grooves are communicated with a discharging passage containing a discharging mechanism; rotary arch breaking wheels are at least arranged along the side walls of one sides of the material guiding grooves; the arch breaking wheels are rotatably supported on the side walls of the strip raised parts; stirring structures are circumferentially and radially arranged on the rotary arch breaking wheels; the stirring structures are in interference mounting with the moving parts of the discharging devices; the moving parts drive the arch breaking wheels to rotate to break arches while rotating.
