Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of motor rotation shaft overhauling, in particular to a rotation shaft taper face overhauling technology. The rotation shaft taper face overhauling technology includes: adapting a class flange according to a size of the rotation shaft after being repaired, wherein the class flange sleeves the taper face, examining a contact face of the taper face being great than or equal to 75%, hitching the prepared elastic flange to a shaft stretch end and pushing tightly, installing a limit machine and adjusting a distance between the limit machine and an end face of the flange from 1.25mm to 1.6mm, taking down the flange, heating the removed flange by using an induction heater, keeping a handler not leaving the induction heater while heating, using an induction heater temperature measuring device to measure temperature, heating the flange to 175 DEG C +/- 5 DEG C, hitching the heated flange to the rotation shaft closing to the limit machine, and quitting the limit machine after the heated flange is hitched to the rotation shaft. According to the rotation shaft taper face overhauling technology, the class flange is adapted, and therefore welding repair rate of the rotation shaft is reduced effectively, use life of the rotation is prolonged and safety of a basic level is improved, an overhaul period is shortened, and overhaul cost is reduced. The rotation shaft taper face overhauling technology can be popularized to small taper overhaul of any motor in which a rotation needs to be sleeved by the flange or a gear.
