Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method for preparing biological aviation kerosene ultra-dispersed hydrodeoxygenation and hydroisomerization catalysts from castor oil. The hydrodeoxygenation catalyst takes one of aluminum oxide, MCM-41 and SBA-15 as a carrier, and takes one of Nix-Mo, Nix-Co or Nix-W as an active ingredient; a nickel source is selected from acetylacetone nickel, and is grafted on aluminum oxide, MCM-41 or SBA-15 to form an ultra-dispersed state through covalent bond; a dispersing agent, namely urea, is added to improve dispersion of the active ingredient in the carrier, and finally the hydrogenation activity is improved and the service life of the catalyst is prolonged to 350 hours; the hydroisomerization catalyst takes one of hierarchical porous NiAPO-11, hierarchical porous NiSAPO-11, hierarchical porous SAPO-11, micro-porous NiAPO-11 or micro-porous NiSAPO-11 as a carrier, and takes one of Nix-Mo, NiX-Co or Nix-W as an active ingredient. Through mild reaction conditions, biological aviation kerosene which meets the using conditions is prepared. |
