Chlorhexidine-iodine-polyvinylpyrrolidone double complex and preparation method thereof

The present invention relates to a double complex chlorhexidine-iodine-polyvinylpyrrolidone double complex and a preparation method thereof, wherein the double complex chlorhexidine-iodine-polyvinylpyrrolidone double complex comprises, by weight, 5-30% of iodine, 3-18% of potassium iodide, 5-60% of chlorhexidine, and 30-60% of polyvinylpyrrolidone. The preparation method comprises: weighing iodine and potassium iodide, adding water to prepare a 20% iodine solution, weighing a 20% chlorhexidine solution, adding the iodine solution and the chlorhexidine solution into a sealed preparing tank, carrying out homogeneous dispersion for 5-10 min, carrying out sealed thermal-insulation stirring for 1-2 h at a temperature of 50-60 DEG C, carrying out pressure reducing drying at a temperature of 50-55 DEG C to obtain a chlorhexidine-iodine complex, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone and ethanol, carrying out stirring dissolving for 30-60 min, vacuumizing at a temperature of 40-45 DEG C to completely remove the ethanol, and carrying out thermal insulation for 5-6 h at a temperature of 70-80 DEG C so as to prepare the double complex. According to the present invention, various skin and mucous membrane disinfectants can be prepared, and advantages of stable characteristics, low irritation on skin, rapid sterilization and lasting effect are provided.
