Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a carya illinoinensis open-field germination-accelerating method including following steps: (1) soaking seeds in a pond for 5-7 days; (2) making a germination-accelerating bed on flat ground with electric-heating wires for heating the germination-accelerating bed and plastic film to form a greenhouse and performing germination acceleration with the temperature of the germination-accelerating bed being 30-35 DEG C. During germination acceleration, the air humidity is maintained to be 80-90%. The water content of a substrate of the germination-accelerating bed is 80% of a maximum water-holding capacity of soil. After 10 days, 15% of seed coats are cracked. The plastic film is opened for ventilation in day and is covered for maintaining the temperature in night. After 3 weeks, the germination rate of seeds reaches not less than 90%. After 4 weeks, a part of true leaves start to develop. After 5 weeks, the true leaves are all developed, and seedlings are prepared to be transplanted. In the method, by means of advantages of seasons, a disinfection process to seeds and soil is omitted, and the seeds are soaked in flowing water such as in the pond, a river and the like, so that a problem of changing water every day is reduced. The size of the germination-accelerating bed can be controlled flexibly. The method can effectively utilize resources, can save cost, achieves temperature increasing and humidity maintaining, can solve a problem of large-scale open-field seedling breeding and meanwhile increase seedling rate and seedling uniformity, thereby ensuring the quality of the seedlings.
