The invention aims at solving the problem that existing bit manipulation control is limited and provides a system on a chip and a bit manipulation logic control method thereof. The system on the chip comprises a bit manipulation logic control system, wherein the bit manipulation logic control system comprises a configuration module for configuring configuration parameters of the system on the chip, a bit manipulation address inputting module for inputting access addresses, an address decoding module for judging and decoding the access addresses to obtain mapping addresses, a bit manipulation control module for calling the mapping addresses to obtain bit manipulation control information of the bit manipulation logic control system and performing bit manipulation according to the bit manipulation control information. The configuration parameters include processing bit number of the system on the chip, address fields supporting bit manipulation, bit manipulation enabling and address section selection. The system on a chip has the advantages of flexibly configuring the address fields supporting bit manipulation in a whole SOC address space and being capable of dynamically configuring access address space of the bit strip operation and mapping address space and the like.
