The same group of pins which reuse the integrated circuit are adopted so that functions of driving digital tubes and identifying touch keys are realized, and 12 touch keys can be identified at maximum, and a 4-bit common cathode digital tubes and a 4-bit common anode digital tube (or 64 LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamps) can be driven at maximum. The integrated circuit provided by the invention can help a user to simplify a design scheme, and an IO (Input/Output) pin of an upper computer is further saved, so that the scheme cost of the user is greatly reduced; furthermore, the integrated circuit further provides an identify authentication scheme and the cost of a third party for cracking the design scheme is increased; the possibility that the design scheme of the user is copied is effectively reduced; meanwhile, the accessing manner of the integrated circuit is pertinently simplified and is more convenient to control by the user.
