The invention discloses an automatic control device and operation method of an unmanned airship orientating antenna. The automatic control device comprises a plurality of sets of airship-borne orientating antenna devices suspended on an airship and a plurality of sets of ground orientating antenna devices fixed to the ground. Point to point communication links are formed between the airship-borne orientating antenna devices and the ground orientating antenna devices; point to point communication links are formed between the airship-borne orientating antenna devices of different airships, the airship-borne orientating antenna devices of one airship are connected through a wire network, and data can be transmitted in a communication manner. Thus, connection is established through the airship-borne orientating antennas and the ground orientating antennas, the problem of transmission barrier limitation is solved, the high-air transmission nodes are adopted for transferring, and an efficient communication network of multiple points can be established in a complex environment rapidly.
