The solar photovoltaic tracking system sensor comprises an upper shell, a lower shell and an aviation plug; an attenuation sheet is laid on the upper shell; a first optical slit and a second optical slit are formed in the upper shell; a circuit board is arranged in the lower shell; and the circuit board is provided with a first linear CCD image sensor and a second linear CCD image sensor. Compared with the prior art, the solar photovoltaic tracking system sensor of the invention has the following advantages of high accuracy, high reliability, easiness in installation and routine maintenance and no need for special adjustment.
