Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of production lines of digital electronic detonators, in particular to information writing equipment used for a production line of the digital electronic detonators and a method thereof. The information writing equipment comprises an upper computer and a control panel, wherein the upper computer generates procedures of ID (Identity) number information, authorization information and delay time information of detonators according to production date information, production batch information and user information; the control panel detects whether a port-shaped body of a group of 20 digital electronic detonators is normal or not according to ID numbers, the authorization information and the delay information, which are transmitted by the upper computer, of the group of 20 digital electronic detonators, reads the correct information of the 20 digital detonators and finally returns to the upper computer; the digital electronic detonators with terminals for the production line write the ID numbers, the authorization numbers, the delay time and the like, which are generated by the upper computer software; the ID numbers, the authorization numbers, the delay time and the like are sent to the control panel through a CAN (Controller Area Network) bus; the port statuses of the 20 digital electronic detonators are detected in parallel; the information of the 20 detonators is written in parallel, and lastly, a writing information result is read and is fed back to the upper computer; a circuit provided with detonator interfaces is formed by a data receiving circuit, an on-off measuring circuit and a data transmission circuit, so that the bidirectional secure communication between the writing equipment and the digital electronic detonators is realized. |
