Automatic steel cord bulging detector

The invention relates to an automatic steel cord bulging detector. A guide rail (9) is horizontally arranged on a bracket (8). A movable slider (6) is disposed on the guide rail (9). A driving pulley (3) is connected to an output shaft of a motor reduction gearbox (2). A driven pulley (12) is connected to a side face of the tail end of the bracket (8). A driving belt (11) is arranged between the driving pulley (3) and the driven pulley (12). One side of the movable slider (6) is connected with the driving belt (11). A hanging hammer I (4) is connected on a pressure bar (5) of the movable slider (6). A front cord clamp (1) is installed on a front pedestal (21). The tip at the rear end of the bracket (8) is provided with a pulley (15) which is perpendicular to the bracket (8). A pressing die (7) is arranged at the middle position inside the movable slider (6). The front cord clamp (1), the pressing die (7), a rear cord clamp (13) and a cord pretension set point (14) are on a same straight line.
