Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) rotation bending dynamic corrosion fatigue tester and aims at providing a testing device for simulating rotation bending corrosion fatigue of an oil well pipe under actual working conditions of an oil field. The rotation bending corrosion fatigue testing device provides the guidance for researching the performances of the oil well pipe under HPHT dynamic working conditions. The HPHT rotation bending dynamic corrosion fatigue tester comprises an HPHT autoclave, a circulating loop, a clamping mechanism, a power mechanism, a control mechanism and a counting system, wherein the circulating loop is connected to two sides of the HPHT autoclave in a sealing manner; the clamping mechanism is arranged inside the autoclave body and is used for fixing a circular smooth test sample; the power mechanism outside the autoclave body is connected to the side face of the clamping mechanism through a rotating shaft; the power mechanism transfers force to the test sample, so that the test sample is positioned in a rotating state; rotating times are recorded and controlled by the counting system and the control mechanism. The HPHT rotation bending dynamic corrosion fatigue tester can be used for simulating and testing the fatigue limit of tubes under the HPHT dynamic corrosion environment. |
