The coke cutting pump comprises a pump barrel, a pump end cover, a pump core middle section, a mechanical sealing mechanism, a bearing mechanism and an axial force balancing mechanism, wherein the axial force balancing mechanism comprises a pump shaft (6), a balancing sleeve (14) and a balancing sleeve gland (11); a balancing drum (2) is arranged between the pump shaft and the balancing sleeve as well as the balancing sleeve gland; a throttling gap is formed between the balancing drum and each of the balancing sleeve and the balancing sleeve gland. According to the coke cutting pump, a function of balancing and finely adjusting axial force can be realized; the invention is applied to a high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump; the coke cutting pump is particularly adapted to a large-sized delayed coking device, can stably run under a returning working condition as well as in switching processes of returning, precharging, drilling and coke cutting working conditions, and has higher pump efficiency.
