The method comprises the following steps: outputting a PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) signal in corresponding frequency to a fan according to a comparison result of a monitored environmental parameter and a preset environmental parameter threshold value or a received fan control command sent by a remote intelligent terminal, thereby controlling a rotating speed of the fan and realizing the intelligent control over the fan.
