The method comprises the steps of when the drainage blind pipe of the tunnel is installed, placing a drawing part in the drainage blind pipe in advance, enabling the two ends of the drawing part to respectively extend out of the two ends of the drainage blind pipe, and enabling the two ends of the drawing part to be hung and connected on external fixtures at the two ends of the drainage blind pipe by hanging connection parts of the drawing part; when the drainage blind pipe needs to be cleaned, picking off one end of the drawing part from the corresponding external fixture and enabling the end of the drawing part to be connected with a snap ring of a cleaning brush; pulling the drawing part by a snap ring arranged at the other end of the drawing part to enable the cleaning brush to be pulled into the drainage blind pipe, and alternately pulling the snap ring arranged at the other end of the drawing part and a holding part of the cleaning brush to enable the cleaning brush to make reciprocating motion in the drainage blind pipe. After the device and the method are used, the problem that the drainage blind pipe of the tunnel is blocked can be effectively solved, and the drainage blind pipe is enabled to be smooth.
