Method for preparing tipping paper for cigarette by virtue of imprinting method

The invention provides a method for preparing tipping paper for cigarette by virtue of an imprinting method. The method is characterized by comprising the following step of imprinting predetermined letters, lines or patterns onto tipping paper or tipping raw paper by virtue of printing ink, thereby obtaining the tipping paper for the cigarette, wherein the dosage of the printing ink is 1 to 6g/m ; the printing ink is prepared by mixing the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 10% of natural dyestuff, 1 to 15% of tobacco essence perfume and 75 to 98% of solvent; the solvent is prepared by mixing water, ethanol and propylene glycol at a weight ratio of 3:10:12. According to the method, the natural dyestuff is adopted to replace pigment in the printing ink of existing tipping paper, and furthermore, the water, the ethanol and the propylene glycol are mixed to serve as the solvent so as to replace a traditional toxic volatile organic solvent. Compared with a traditional gold stamping process, the production flow can be simplified, the energy consumption in production is reduced, rejected materials can be recycled and can be completely and naturally degraded, and the method is beneficial to environmental conservation and has high practicability.
