Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a desulfurizing method for improving quality of regenerated rubber. The desulfurizing method is characterized in that the waste rubber powder is sequentially fed at uniform speed, and sequentially passes by a preheating area, a heating area, a first heat insulation area, a second heat insulation area, a first cooling area and a second cooling area; the preheating area and the heating area are heated in an infrared way, the temperature of the preheating area is lower than the temperature of the heating area, and the temperatures of the first heat insulation area, the second heat insulation area, the first cooling area and the second cooling area are gradually lowered; the lengths of the preheating area, the heating area, the first heat insulation area and the second heat insulation area are the same, the material flowing speeds of the first heat insulation area and the second heat insulation area are obviously lower than the material flowing speeds of the preheating area and the heating area, and the material flowing speed of the heating area is lower than the material flowing speed of the preheating area. The desulfurizing method has the beneficial effects that the material feeding amount and the material feeding speed are controlled; by firstly preheating and then heating, the coking phenomenon of the rubber particles caused by sudden rise of temperature is avoided, the spaces of the first heat insulation and the second heat insulation area are larger, a sufficient expansion space is provided for the rubber powder, and the quality of the regenerated rubber is improved.
