Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a refractory material, and especially relates to an ultralow silicon coating capable of reducing the oxygen content of tundish. The coating can be directly applied in steelmaking continuous casting tundish casting work liners. The ultralow silicon coating capable of reducing the oxygen content of tundish comprises 70-80wt% of highly pure magnesia with the MgO content of above 98%, 10-20wt% of highly pure calcium hydroxide with the Ca(OH)2 content of above 96.0%, 1-2.5wt% of an organic fiber, and 3-10wt% of a binder adopting zirconium oxychloride. The granularity of calcium hydroxide is smaller than 10[mu]m; and the organic fiber is an organic explosion-proof fiber without Na, K or N. The ultralow silicon coating has the advantages of effective reduction of the oxygen content, good application performance and high cost performance. |
