Mold ejecting structure

The present invention discloses a mold ejecting structure for molding a product with a rib. The ejecting structure comprises: an inclined groove, wherein the inclined groove and the vertical direction form an included angle; a straight through hole connected with the inclined groove, wherein the outer diameter of the straight through hole is larger than the length of the cross section diagonal of the inclined groove; a countersunk hole, wherein the countersunk hole and the straight through hole are coaxial; and an inclined flat ejecting pin provided with an ejecting part, a connecting part and a hanging table, wherein the top end of the ejecting part is matched with the rib shape of the product, the ejecting part is arranged in the inclined groove and the straight through hole and is tightly matched with the inclined groove, the connecting part is arranged in the straight through hole and the countersunk hole, the keep-space exists between the connecting part and the straight through hole, and the hanging table is arranged on the bottom portion of the countersunk hole. With the mold ejecting structure of the present invention, the grinding on the bottom part of the standarded straight flat ejecting pin is only required so as to achieve the purpose, the processing is simple, and the cost is saved; and the connecting part with the high support strength is arranged, such that the inclined flat ejecting pin does not easily produce deformation when the height is large, the ejecting is smooth, and the inclined flat ejecting pin does not easily break.
