Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a machining method of a flexible solar panel, equipment and a solar spike. The flexible solar panel comprises a flexible substrate and multiple lines and rows of spherical crystalline silicon arranged on the upper end surface of the flexible substrate in a crossing manner; the machining method comprises a preparation step: configuring the solar panel on a work platform; an arranging step: arranging a trimming die in the gap of the crystalline silicon of the solar panel; a punching step: pressing the trimming die to punch the solar panel so as to separate the solar panel from the gap arranged in the trimming die. As the trimming die is arranged in the gap in the crystalline silicon of the solar panel, so when the trimming die is pressed to separate the solar panel, the damage to the crystalline silicon of the solar panel is reduced, and the rejected ratio is reduced. As the flexible solar panel is adopted to provide a power supply for a signal indication lamp, has better pressure resistance and shock resistance and is favorable for outdoor arrangement, and the service life of the solar spike is prolonged.
