The invention discloses a slide bed type active coke/coal desulfurization and denitrification integrated tower and a desulfurization and denitrification system, and mainly aims at solving the problem that in the prior art, the desulfurization and denitrification device has to be out of operation when active coke/coal is replaced. The integrated tower comprises a tower body; a purified flue gas outlet and an active coke/coal feed opening are formed in the upper end of the tower body; a raw flue gas inlet and an active coke/coal discharge opening are formed in the lower end of the tower body; at least two slide bed straight passages are arranged in the tower body in an inclined manner; the adjacent slide bed straight passages are communicated through a bypass flow passage; the slide bed straight passages and the bypass flow passage form a curved passage; the upper end of the curved passage is communicated with the feed opening; the lower end of the curved passage is communicated with the discharge opening. Active coke/coal in the slide bed straight passages slides slowly at constant speed ratio from top to bottom along the passages; flue gas passes through the slide bed straight passages to be in contact with the active coke/coal to complete desulfurization and denitrification. Since the active coke/coal is added continuously and replaced, the replacement of the active coke/coal is performed, without machine halt, and a standby tower is not required, so that the investment is reduced.
