The invention discloses a double-layer vacuum storage device which comprises an inner container (1), an outer container (2) and a top cover (3). Both the inner container (1) and the outer container (2) are cylinders with top openings, the outer container (2) sleeves the inner container (1), a sealing ring (8) is arranged between an edge and the top opening of the outer container (2), at least one inner air exhaust pad (7) is arranged at the edge, an inner sealing ring (5) and an outer sealing ring (6) are arranged at the bottom of the top cover (3), an outer air exhaust pad (4) is arranged on the top cover (3), the inner container (1), the inner sealing ring (5), the outer sealing ring (6) and the top cover (3) form a sealed inner cavity (9), and the inner container (1), the outer container (2) and the sealing ring (8) form a sealed outer cavity (10). The double-layer vacuum storage device is simple in structure, air in the inner container and the outer container is exhausted by single action, vacuum layers are formed inside and outside, and heat insulation and freshness retaining bacteria suppression functions are combined.
