After a tobacco box with determined weight and chemical values enters a raw tobacco formula warehouse, a raw tobacco formula warehouse management system counts a nicotine center value of each grade of a trade mark according to the weight and nicotine information of a tobacco box in the database, each grade is divided into needed batches according to the nicotine center value of the grade, the nicotine value of each batch needs to be close to the nicotine center value of the grade, different batches of each grade are combined to form a new batch after the grade is divided into the batches, the weight of the new batch, the proportion of each grade in the new batch and the chemical values are slightly adjusted by a recursion and iterative algorithm, the weight of the new batch, the proportion of each grade and the nicotine values meet requirements, and then the tobacco box exits the warehouse in a batch feeding manner. Feeding ratio precision is improved, batch-to-batch formula threshing uniformity is enhanced, and overall formula threshing uniformity of finished flue-cured tobacco lamina is realized.
