The disc type flexible clamping device comprises a fixing disc provided with a first through material hole and a plurality of arc slots, a turnplate provided with a second through material hole and three arc through holes, a plurality of slider pillars of which the rear ends are respectively arranged in the middle of torsion springs and of which the front ends are respectively fixedly arranged at the rear end surface of the turnplate, three hinging pillars of which the rear ends are arranged on the fixing disc, three clamping sheets of which the outer ends are respectively arranged at the front end surface of the turnplate and the middles of which are respectively hinged to the front ends of the three clamping sheets, and a pushing mechanism used for driving the turnplate to rotate, wherein the torsion springs are arranged in the arc slots; the three hinging pillars are respectively embedded in the three arc through holes. The disc type flexible clamping device can flexibly clamp rod-like crops, and can effectively prevent the rod-like crops from being damaged due to clamping.
