The hydraulic high-level tilted self-unloading grain storage mechanism mainly consists of parts including a hydraulic oil tank (1), a gear pump (2), a multi-position valve (3), an oblique oil cylinder (4), a stroke valve I (5), an overturning oil cylinder (6), a stroke valve II (7), a grain box overturning frame (8), a grain box (9), an articulated slider (10) and the like. The stroke valve I (5) which is connected with the oblique oil cylinder (4) is in an normally open state; the stroke valve II (7) connected with the overturning oil cylinder (6) is in a normally closed state; the hydraulic oil tank (1) is connected with the multi-position valve (3) by the gear pump (2); one oil outlet of the multi-position valve (3) is connected with the stroke valve I (5); the other oil outlet of the multi-position valve (3) is connected with the stroke valve II (7); oil returning holes of the oblique oil cylinder (4) and the overturning oil cylinder (5) are connected with the oil returning hole of the multi-position valve (3); the multi-position valve (3) is used for returning oil to the hydraulic oil tank (1). By control of the stroke valve I (5) and the stroke valve II (7), an multi-position valve operating handle is pulled down to sequentially realize inclination of the grain box overturning frame (8) and overturning of the grain box (9); the multi-position valve operating handle can be lifted up to sequentially realize overturn resetting of the grain box (9) and inclination resetting of the grain box overturning frame (8). |
